Pricing
On request – the total price depends on your needs and / or hands on involvement in your specific project:
Initial meeting – free of charge (up to one hour).
Subsequent meetings - £55 + Vat per hour pro rata.
Design fee – as per individual quote (minimum design fee for any one commission is £200.00 + vat.
Project management & Installation – The commission for this service is 10% of the contractor’s final account.

Furniture, Fittings and Accessories - Selecting curated pieces to complete your home story.
Sourcing & Procurement - finding unique items to cherish forever by partnering with the best trade suppliers around the world.
Project management & Installation - eliminating the problems of renovating and coordinating trades and suppliers. We manage turning your ideas into reality delivering each part of the job within agreed timeframes.
Home styling - revisiting your space with a fresh point of view. We can declutter or pad out your home to achieve maximum appeal.
Event & Seasonal décor - designing unique celebrations to wow your loved ones. From anniversaries to special Christmas get togethers we can style your home for a unique and personal experience.
Online décor consulting - bringing our expertise to you in any space and time-zone around the world.
Property staging - for developers, holiday homes and bringing properties to market. We will dress and declutter your property, increasing it's appeal and value.
Landscaping - landscape designing. We can coordinate home and garden design and improvements in tandem if required.
Furniture Up cycling / repurposing - using existing furniture pieces and transforming them into new creative uses recycling any of your unwanted items. We can also make donations to your preferred charities or handle selling them for you, which can sometimes cover our entire fee!
Duration
Realistic time schedules will be agreed with you before any project commences and with the involvement of any trades or specialists required depending on your project.
Payments
Payment of Account – A design fee deposit of 30% is payable upon engagement with the remainder payable upon delivery of the design . A deposit of 75% (100% in the case of fabrics, trimmings, wall coverings and bespoke furniture items) against detailed quotation is required to facilitate ordering with the remainder payable upon delivery.
